Biocca Homes makes every effort to meet your vision and specifications.  You are not limited to predesigned materials, layouts or colours.  We work with all budgets and build everything from starter homes to complex custom residences.  You are an intricate part of every stage from designing to the day you take possession.

 

Once the construction of your home begins, we keep you informed of all deadlines including decisions on materials and layout.  You will meet with us frequently during this process to ensure the home is being built to your satisfaction.

 

After you move in, we continue to provide you with the same excellent service you experienced during construction.  Additionally, your New Home Warranty package contains information on repairs and maintenance during the first year of occupancy.
