Design

  

Our goal during initial concept planning is to listen to you.  We want to hear all your ideas from obvious needs to obtainable fantasies.  Our team considers your preferred style, preferences and lifestyle to determine custom choices for your home.  We gather every detail including budget requirements and a timeline that works for you.

Once we have brainstormed ideas, we begin to fine tune your choices.  Our team provides guidance as you make final decisions on interior layout and exterior finishes.  We offer professional advice on workable floor plans, electrical plans, finishing materials and more.  When you have finalized the details, we discuss and move towards applying for building permits.

Applying for Permits

 

Building permits are an unglamorous yet necessary part of new home construction.  Our team identifies required permits and applies for them immediately after the home design is completed.  We submit all drawings to the city and construct a timeline based on permit approval.  This schedule is discussed with you in detail and we finalize decisions based on your existing agenda.

Construction

 

Once the planning phases are complete, we begin on the most exciting stage of your home building experience.  It is satisfying to watch our team prepare the site and lay the foundation!  As construction progresses, the Project Manager and Site Superintendent are in regular contact with you to make sure all issues are properly addressed and every detail is discussed thoroughly.  You will be given regular updates on construction progress and we encourage you to contact us immediately with any concerns or changes that may arise unexpectedly. 

Your home is always completed on schedule and shortly after, you are invited to do a walk-through with our team to inspect the workmanship and details.  We address all concerns at this time and make every effort to remedy any issues or matters that need attention.  Once you are satisfied with your new home, our team will set up a New Home Warranty Package.  Your warranty ensures repairs and maintenance are covered during the first year of occupancy.  After this is complete, there is nothing left to do but move into your new dream home!
